Tips for Normal Delivery as your personnel experience?

Im from India. I want my delivery to be normal. (Height 5.1, weight: 43KG, BP normal as of now). Kindly let me know few good tips as your personnel experience….. Thanks in advance

There is really no point in normal delivery and the excruxiating pain when you have an option of Epidurel without causing harm
